so dA is 16 and is asking us to colour this, maybe share your artistic story. So sure I'll share something.

Why am I an artist, that's easy. My mum.
She is the reason I draw, since i was a young child she use to draw for me and my sister, on little notes, in our school diaries, on our books. Anything that had some space and was a bit boring she would make it wonderful with a drawing.
I just wanted to be as good as mum so I kept drawing, she would help me, give me tips. You've stopped drawing now but even so you still help me with nearly all my drawings, whether it be anatomy, pose, just overall looks.

Even with all the hardships, money, relationships, just life in general when we were young, she never failed to amaze me with the little things she used to.
I cherish everything you do for me mum, you made it happen. You might get down because of how things went in life but just know to me, you are the best in the world, I love you to the moon and back and over again.
